Two arrested in WI after meth, fentanyl found during traffic stop; investigation ongoing.
Two people were arrested in Columbia County, Wisconsin, after a traffic stop on Interstate 90/94/39 led to the discovery of methamphetamine, fentanyl, LSD, Schedule II narcotics, and drug paraphernalia.
The stop, initially for an equipment violation, occurred late Friday night, November 7, 2025.
The driver, 33-year-old Kaitlyn Goodell of Baraboo, and passenger, 42-year-old Phillip Von Behren of Madison, were taken into custody.
Goodell faces charges including possession with intent to deliver over 50 grams of methamphetamine, while Von Behren is charged with similar counts, obstruction of an officer, and a warrant.
The Wisconsin State Patrol assisted, and the investigation remains ongoing.
