The funds, distributed to 34 local agencies, can cover up to $50,000 per household for critical fixes like electrical, plumbing, structural, and mechanical work, as well as accessibility upgrades for people with disabilities.
Roof-only repairs are also eligible.
Applicants must earn at or below 80% of the Area Median Income, own a single-family home, and be current on their mortgage.
