Washington Capitals forward Pierre-Luc Dubois will miss 3 to 4 months after surgery to repair abdominal and adductor injuries sustained on October 31 during a game against the New York Islanders. The 27-year-old, in the third year of an eight-year, $68 million contract, has played in six games this season without recording a point. He previously missed time due to a lower-body issue and had a career-high 66 points in the 2024-25 season. The Capitals announced the surgery and recovery timeline on November 9.
