A Wisconsin woman, missing since Nov. 3, was found dead in a burned car; no foul play suspected.

Toni Peterson, a 60-year-old Wisconsin woman, was found dead in Ashland on November 7, 2025, after being reported missing from her Rice Lake apartment on November 3. She left concerning letters for family members and her phone was found behind at her home. Her vehicle was last seen near I-43 in Green Bay on November 3 and later discovered fully engulfed in a fire. Authorities confirmed her body was found in the burned vehicle, with no foul play suspected. The investigation remains ongoing.
