Vietnam’s PM urged faster economic reforms, project progress, and international integration on Nov. 8, 2025.
On November 8, 2025, Vietnam’s Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính led a nationwide government meeting, emphasizing macroeconomic stability, inflation control, and coordinated fiscal and monetary policies to meet 2025 targets.
He urged faster implementation of key party resolutions, renewed economic restructuring, and progress on nearly 3,000 stalled projects.
Priority was given to advancing digital transformation, green transition, innovation, and infrastructure development, including the Lào Cai–Hà Nội–Hải Phòng railway.
The government also focused on lifting the EU’s 'yellow card' warning on illegal fishing, improving disaster resilience, expanding social infrastructure, and enhancing international integration, including signing the UN Cybercrime Convention.
