The ICC has issued an arrest warrant for former Philippine police chief Senator Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa over alleged involvement in crimes against humanity linked to President Duterte’s drug war, according to Ombudsman Boying Remulla, though the DOJ and DILG have not confirmed it.
