Anthony Michael Lennon, 44, a fugitive since 2012 wanted for child pornography charges and a staged abduction in Oklahoma, was arrested in October 2024 in Canton, New York, under the alias Justin Phillips. Authorities identified him via fingerprints after he enrolled in SUNY Canton’s engineering science program, where he earned top grades and had no red flags. He had previously pleaded guilty to child pornography and was on Oklahoma’s “Ten Most Wanted List.” A hearing is set for November 19 to confirm his identity, and New York State Police are investigating how he obtained a state ID under his alias.
