Police in Concord have arrested a man in connection with the October 31 shooting death of Jillian Collins, 37, whose body was found near a homeless encampment in east Concord.
The suspect, described as a man with gray hair and a blue sweatshirt, walking with a limp, was taken into custody near Genrose Stone and Tile in Merrimack after a manhunt involving multiple agencies.
He is not believed to be a threat to the public.
Authorities continue to investigate the homicide, which occurred near the Pembroke border, and are urging anyone with information to contact the Concord Police Department or submit a tip anonymously.
