Police say Watson, known to the victim, entered the residence after asking to park his vehicle and use the washroom, then allegedly assaulted the victim, exposed himself, and fled in a silver sedan. The victim escaped and called police, who responded but found the suspect gone. Watson faces multiple charges including sexual assault with a weapon, assault by choking, and forcible confinement. Authorities urge the public not to approach him and to report sightings or information to police or Crime Stoppers.
