Ola Electric cut its Q2 loss, hit by revenue drop, as auto unit turned profitable on cost cuts and higher margins.

Ola Electric narrowed its second-quarter loss to ₹418 crore, down from ₹495 crore, as its auto business achieved its first-ever EBITDA profit, driven by a 46% drop in operating costs and a gross margin of 30.7%. Despite a 43% revenue decline to ₹690 crore and sales volumes nearly halving, the company emphasized a strategic shift toward profitability, targeting 100,000 vehicle deliveries in the second half of FY26 and auto margins of 40% by year-end.
