A Texas woman died in a solo crash on RM 1061 near Bishop Hills early Tuesday.

A 47-year-old woman from Dalhart, Texas, Hilda Lourdes Gonzalez Terrazas, died in a single-vehicle crash early Tuesday morning on RM 1061 near Bishop Hills. The incident occurred around 5:30 a.m. when her southbound vehicle crossed into the northbound lane, left the roadway, and overturned into a brick fence. The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating the cause, but no details have been released.
