Pacgold has restarted gold production at its White Dam mine in South Australia, beginning re-lining of solution ponds and plant maintenance ahead of leaching by late November and first gold solutions by mid-December.
The low-cost $800,000 restart leverages existing infrastructure and permits to recover residual gold from old leach pads, with initial cashflow expected by February 2026.
The mine previously produced 180,000 ounces from 7.5 million tonnes of ore. A 25,000-meter drilling program is underway to expand resources, targeting near-mine deposits.
Backed by a $13 million capital raise and gold prices near $4,000 per ounce, the company plans to use early profits to fund exploration at its Alice River and St George projects in Queensland.
