The Baltimore Orioles have re-acquired relief pitcher Andrew Kittredge from the Chicago Cubs for cash considerations, reversing a trade made in July.
Kittredge, 35, originally signed a one-year, $9 million deal with Baltimore in January before being traded for prospect Wilfri De La Cruz.
He posted a 4-3 record and 3.40 ERA in 54 appearances across both teams during the 2025 season, with 64 strikeouts and 11 walks.
His 3.32 ERA in 21 regular-season appearances for the Cubs was followed by a 5.40 ERA in five postseason outings.
