Kimberly Price, 54, charged with first-degree murder in the 2024 death of Henry Neudorf, was granted bail with conditions following a teleconference hearing on Nov. 5, 2025, a decision that angered Neudorf’s family, who said they were not informed and felt betrayed despite promises of updates.
Neudorf’s body was found Jan. 12, 2024, near Pain Court.
David Trealout pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and faces sentencing Dec. 16; Darin Noland pleaded guilty to accessory after the fact and was sentenced to time served plus two years probation.
Price’s trial is set for Nov. 9, 2026.
