Brazilian Taste is recalling about 4,120 pounds of frozen chicken and beef croquettes due to undeclared sesame, a major allergen, in products made from March to August 2025. The items, sold in six states and online, bear establishment number "P-45640" or "Est. 45640" inside the USDA inspection mark. The issue stemmed from bread crumb ingredients shared between FDA- and FSIS-regulated products that contained sesame not listed on labels. No allergic reactions have been reported.
