A 40-year-old Tyrone man, Bradley Scott Lloyd, was denied bail after allegedly attacking a UPMC Altoona patient care technician in the emergency room on November 1, striking him multiple times to the head and face, causing a fractured skull, brain bleed, and other severe injuries that required emergency surgery at UPMC Presbyterian in Pittsburgh.
