The 3rd Chongqing Three Gorges Talent Festival opened in Wanzhou on October 31, 2025, as part of the Chongqing International Talent Exchange Conference, drawing over 9,000 resumes and offering 13,000 job openings. Co-hosted by Wanzhou and nine other districts, the event secured over 10 talent projects, recruited more than 1,000 professionals, and welcomed nine foreign experts alongside 20+ academicians. Highlights included the launch of a Nobel Prize workstation phase and debut of advanced innovations like a pan-cancer single-cell database and attosecond laser AI diagnostics. The festival strengthens regional talent development, supporting innovation and economic growth in northeastern Chongqing.
