Arvind SmartSpaces reported a 65% drop in net profit to ₹14 crore for Q2 FY26, with revenue falling 47% to ₹140.5 crore, citing industry headwinds from high interest rates and inflation.
Despite the year-on-year decline, the company showed improvement sequentially, with bookings rising 147% to ₹432 crore, driven by the launch of Arvind Everland in Sanand, which generated ₹400 crore in sales.
Collections increased 23% to ₹236 crore, and adjusted EBITDA rose 27% to ₹31 crore.
The company also announced leadership changes, with Sanjay Lalbhai stepping down as Chairman of Arvind SmartSpaces effective November 3, 2025, and his son Kulin Lalbhai succeeding him as Chairman.
