MG Motor India sells 100,000+ EVs since 2020, now leading India’s EV market with 35% share.
JSW MG Motor India has sold over 100,000 electric vehicles since 2020, becoming the second automaker in India to reach this milestone.
The company now holds a 35% share of the EV market, up from 26% in 2024, driven by strong demand for its diverse lineup including the Windsor EV, Windsor Pro, and premium models like the Cyberster and M9.
EVs make up 70% of its sales, with a 220% year-on-year delivery surge from April to September 2025.
To boost adoption, MG launched the “EV Sahi Hai” campaign in August 2025, tackling myths about cost, range, battery life, and resale value through education and real customer stories.
The company is also expanding charging infrastructure via MG Charge and advancing sustainability with Project Revive, which recycles EV batteries.
