The course covers deal structuring, valuation, negotiation, and post-merger integration, using global and Indian case studies. It includes live sessions, assignments, and a capstone project on a real Indian M&A scenario, with a focus on ESG, technology, and regulatory challenges. Participants gain a digital certificate and alumni status.
