Chicago’s 2025 Christmas tree, a 68-foot spruce from Glenview, will be lit Nov. 21 in Millennium Park.
Chicago has chosen a 68-foot Norway spruce from Glenview, donated by the Mason family, as its official 2025 Christmas tree for Millennium Park.
The tree, already on the family’s property since 2016, will be lit during the 112th annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony on November 21.
It will remain on display through early January, serving as a centerpiece for the city’s holiday celebrations.
The event, produced by DCASE, draws thousands annually and highlights community engagement and seasonal tradition.
