A Wolcott man was arrested for printing $9,498 in unpaid lottery tickets and cashing $4,164.
David M. Miller, a 67-year-old Wolcott man, was arrested and charged with grand larceny after allegedly using a bar terminal at the Wolcott Elks Lodge on September 27 to print $9,498 in unpaid Quick Draw lottery tickets.
Authorities say $4,164 in winnings were collected, but $5,334 remained unpaid.
Miller, who was working at the lodge at the time, was taken to Wayne County Jail for arraignment and later released.
A future court date has been set.
The investigation was conducted by New York State Police.
