TAM Europe, a Slovenian manufacturer revived after Chinese investment in 2013, has launched its first hydrogen fuel cell buses, marking a key step in green transportation.
The 70 MPa hydrogen-powered low-entry buses, using Hyundai’s fuel cell technology, emit only water vapor and have been delivered to Seoul, South Korea, and Vienna, Austria.
The company plans to produce about 100 hydrogen buses annually over the next three years, building on its existing electric vehicle production.
