The suit, filed by founder Melissa Brandao, claims executives misrepresented the company’s finances, stole her patents via forged signatures, and misled investors and government officials despite HerdDogg running out of money and failing to pay employees by 2022. Brandao alleges false revenue projections were used to secure funding, and Wonder Fund officials were aware of the issues but took no action. The North Dakota Development Fund says it did not invest, and the exact Wonder Fund amount remains undisclosed. O’Leary’s legal team has not responded. The lawsuit seeks $350 million in damages.
