IIIT-Delhi's 2025 convocation honored 780 graduates, with top students receiving gold medals and leaders praising their role in India’s tech progress.

IIIT-Delhi held its 14th convocation on November 1, 2025, awarding degrees to 780 graduates across B.Tech, M.Tech, and Ph.D. programs. Arnav Agarwal and Nalish Jain received the Chancellor’s Gold Medal for top B.Tech performance, while Puneet Kumar earned the M.Tech Gold Medal. The event featured addresses by Dr. Anand Deshpande, founder of Persistent Systems, and Delhi’s Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena, who praised graduates’ contributions to India’s technological advancement and national development.
