Haryana distributed ₹2,100 to over 522,000 women via a mobile app and launched a paperless land registry on Haryana Day.
On Haryana Day, Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini announced the disbursement of ₹2,100 to 522,162 women under the Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana, with applications processed via a mobile app.
The scheme targets women aged 23 or older from families earning under ₹1 lakh annually.
By October 31, over 697,000 had applied, and verified beneficiaries received funds directly.
The state also launched a paperless land registry system, completing 917 registrations since its pilot in September.
Both initiatives aim to improve transparency, reduce delays, and promote digital governance and women’s empowerment.
