Delhi's Legislative Assembly became the fastest state to achieve full paperless operations by implementing the National eVidhan Application (NeVA) within 100 days of signing the MoU, launching its digital first session on August 4, 2025.
Though the 28th state to sign the agreement, Delhi was the 18th to go live, praised by Union Minister Kiren Rijiju at the 3rd National Conference on NeVA as a national benchmark.
The success followed staff training, study visits to other states, and close coordination with the central ministry.
