An 81-year-old Alzheimer’s patient last seen in Topeka on Nov. 1, 2025, is the subject of a statewide Silver Alert.

The Kansas Bureau of Investigation has issued a statewide Silver Alert for 81-year-old Floyd Ragsdale, a Shawnee County man with Alzheimer’s disease last seen Friday, November 1, 2025, at about 6:30 p.m. near NE Spring Creek Drive in Topeka. Ragsdale, who is 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighs 185 pounds, has blue eyes and white hair, and was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt, blue jeans, and glasses, is believed to be driving a red 2018 Ford F-150 with Kansas license plate 9106AGD. Authorities are urging the public to report any sightings immediately by calling 911 or contacting the Shawnee County Sheriff's Office at (785) 251-2200.
