His wife didn’t believe him until their son confirmed the win via the Ohio Lottery app. The man, whose racing number is 13—the same as the winning number—plans to use the after-tax payout of $364,375 to pay off his mortgage, buy a new car, and spend more time with family. The lottery noted one top prize and two second-tier prizes remain in the game as of October 28.
