Landon Cooper, a 5-foot-10, 150-pound senior at Grace High School, has become a standout player despite starting his career at just 95 pounds and facing two major injuries, including a broken collarbone and a humerus fracture requiring a metal plate.
Returning for his senior season with a scarred arm, he recorded 46 catches for 850 yards and 11 touchdowns, added 153 rushing yards and two scores, and made 71 tackles.
Though still undersized and without a four-year college offer, his resilience, leadership, and faith have inspired teammates and coaches as Grace aims for a second straight Citrus Coast League title.
