Thailand launches food tech strategy to boost global innovation and its "Kitchen of the World" status.
Thailand's National Innovation Agency has released the "Thailand FoodTech Ecosystem Whitepaper 2025," outlining the country’s push to strengthen its global food innovation role and reinforce its "Kitchen of the World" reputation.
