Speaking in an exclusive IANS interview, he reaffirmed his long-standing loyalty to Akhilesh Yadav, denied any rift with the party leadership, and criticized the exclusion of Muslims from key political roles despite their 19% share in Bihar’s population.
Khan emphasized that Muslims are not merely a “vote bank” and called for inclusive governance, transparency in elections, and greater representation within the INDIA bloc, while expressing trust in investigating agencies but advocating for international oversight to ensure fairness.
