On October 17, 2025, tools valued at about $17,500, including Stihl and Milwaukee equipment, were stolen from the Skillset Land Works depot on Havannah Street between 1 a.m. and 4 a.m.
The theft was discovered by staff, prompting a report to Chifley Police District, which is investigating.
