Moonlight Companies is recalling California-grown yellow and white peaches sold nationwide from September 16 to October 29, 2025, due to possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination found in the packing facility. The recall includes Moonlight and Kroger brand peaches with PLU codes 4044 or 4401, or facility code P1, sold individually or in multi-packs. Products labeled “Washington” or “Organic” are not affected. Listeria can cause serious infections in pregnant people, the elderly, young children, and those with weakened immune systems, with symptoms appearing up to 70 days after consumption. No illnesses have been reported. Consumers should discard recalled peaches or return them for a refund and contact Moonlight Companies at 855-215-5017 with questions.
