In October 2025, Melbourne saw several new dining openings, including Zareh, a Middle Eastern restaurant by chef Tom Sarafian in Collingwood, and Butter Days, a Scandinavian-inspired bakery in Malvern led by a Dessert Masters winner.
El Columpio expanded to St Kilda Beach with a seafood-focused kiosk, while Mary’s, a Nigerian cafe, opened at the former Old Raffles Place site.
