The milestone vehicle, an Audi A5L, symbolized the joint venture’s major role in China’s auto industry, including technology transfer and market growth. The company, operating six plants across five cities, plans to launch 11 new models by 2026, including 10 new energy vehicles, aiming for annual production of 400,000 to 500,000 units. Foreign automakers continue increasing investments in China, drawn by policy support, innovation, and consumer demand.
