Brantford trades multiple players and picks for Leafs prospect Danford and defenseman Sandhu in a major OHL deal.
The Brantford Bulldogs acquired Toronto Maple Leafs prospect Ben Danford and defenceman Zackary Sandhu from the Oshawa Generals in a major OHL trade on October 30, 2025.
In exchange, Brantford sent forward Aiden O’Donnell and defencemen Lucas Moore and Luca Diplacido, along with nine draft picks.
Danford, a 19-year-old defenseman drafted 31st overall in 2024, has one goal and three assists in eight games this season.
Sandhu, also 19, has five assists in 11 games.
The move strengthens Brantford’s blue line as the team leads the OHL with an 11-0-2-1 record and aims for a championship run.
