Former Bachelor contestant Marjorie Griffiths, 28, avoided prison after pleading guilty to supplying large amounts of cocaine and MDMA, handling criminal proceeds, and failing to comply with a digital access order.
She delivered over 1kg of cocaine and 1kg of MDMA to undercover officers, believing she was handling smaller amounts, and transported $116,000 in illicit cash as a runner for a drug network using encrypted communications.
Judge Craig Smith sentenced her to three years in the community, accounting for 55 days already served, with her sentence ending in September 2026.
The judge cited her remorse, pregnancy, PTSD from past abuse, and abstinence from drugs and alcohol as mitigating factors.
He warned her not to reoffend or use substances, cautioning that relapse is likely without change.
After the hearing, Griffiths gave reporters a crude gesture, prompting a supporter to douse cameras with water.
