Former deputy Spencer White arrested Oct. 29 on felony charges for accessing databases illegally to obtain private records.
Spencer White, a former Webster Parish sheriff’s deputy, was arrested on October 29, 2025, on felony charges of malfeasance in office and computer trespass for unauthorized access to law enforcement databases.
Authorities allege he used his official email to obtain private records, including those of a domestic violence victim, at a family member’s request.
This marks his second set of charges this year, following a June arrest over fabricated reports and falsified records.
White was fired in June and is now held on a $15,000 bond.
The Louisiana Bureau of Investigation continues its probe.
