The EU-PH Circular Solutions Innovation Challenge funds green projects in 10 Philippine LGUs with $35K–40K grants, due Nov. 14, 2025.
The UNDP Philippines, via the EU-PH Green Economy Partnership, is launching the EU-PH Circular Solutions Innovation Challenge to fund scalable, innovative solutions in 10 local government units focused on plastic circularity, organic waste reduction, and green tourism.
Eligible applicants include registered individuals, NGOs, MSMEs, academic institutions, and private firms with solutions at Technology Readiness Level 7 or higher.
Selected projects will receive $35,000–40,000 for pilot implementation in one LGU, with one award per locality.
Proposals, due by 14 November 2025, must include an application form, registration proof, bank details, and a 15-slide pitch deck, and be submitted via the UNDP Quantum ERP system.
Evaluation considers innovation, impact, sustainability, and GEDSI inclusion.
Implementation begins in January 2026 and lasts 10–15 months.
Applicants must register on the UNDP Quantum Supplier Portal and subscribe using the provided tender reference.
