Two New South Wales cattle and goat properties failed to sell at auction due to unmet reserve prices.
Two grazing properties in New South Wales' Brewarrina district, Coolaburra and Tichawanta, are now for sale after failing to meet reserve prices at separate auctions.
Coolaburra, 9,809 hectares, is listed at $6.5 million, while Tichawanta, 9,182 hectares, is listed at $4 million.
Both are used for cattle and goat operations, with Coolaburra housing 2,500 goats and 80 Angus cows, and Tichawanta supporting around 3,000 goats and up to 80 Angus cows.
They feature extensive water systems, modern fencing, livestock yards, and proximity to the Thomas Foods International abattoir in Bourke.
Both have high dry sheep equivalent carrying capacities and improved infrastructure, including homesteads and outbuildings.
