Three aircraft tied to former Philippine congressman Zaldy Co left the country amid corruption probes into flood control projects.

Three aircraft linked to former Ako Bicol representative Zaldy Co have left the Philippines, with two AgustaWestland helicopters flying to Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia, in August and September, and a Gulfstream jet remaining in Singapore since August. The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines confirmed the departures and stated it continues monitoring registered assets. The Department of Public Works and Highways has requested the Anti-Money Laundering Council to freeze billions in assets tied to Co and his brother, amid allegations of corruption in flood control projects from 2022 to 2025. Co, who resigned from Congress in September and remains abroad, denies wrongdoing. The Independent Commission on Infrastructure has recommended graft charges over a P289.5-million road dike project in Oriental Mindoro.
