Ofelia Negrete-Arriaga, a 57-year-old former Killeen Independent School District custodian, pleaded guilty to illegal re-entry into the U.S. after being deported in 2011. She faces up to two years in prison and deportation following her arrest in October 2025 by ICE, which executed a felony warrant based on a citizen report. Court records show she re-entered the country illegally and falsified employment documents, leading to her removal. She worked for the district for nearly two decades across multiple stints. A sentencing date has not yet been set.
