Publicis Groupe acquired Singapore’s Hepmil Media, owner of meme site SGAG, to boost its influencer marketing in Southeast Asia.
Publicis Groupe has acquired Singapore-based Hepmil Media Group, owner of meme site SGAG, in a deal announced on October 29, 2025.
The acquisition, whose financial terms were not disclosed, brings Hepmil’s network of over 3,000 creators across six Southeast Asian markets into Publicis’ portfolio.
Hepmil serves more than 450 brands and reaches over one billion people through regional platforms like MGAG and PGAG.
The move aims to strengthen Publicis’ data-driven influencer marketing capabilities by integrating Hepmil’s reach with Epsilon’s identity graph, which covers over 800 million consumer profiles.
The acquisition reflects Publicis’ strategic focus on Southeast Asia, where influencer marketing is projected to exceed $1.4 billion by 2030.
