EQS Group has named Mark Erbele its new Chief Customer Officer, effective immediately, to lead global customer strategy and engagement.
Erbele, who previously led client operations at Convercent before its 2024 acquisition by EQS Group, brings experience managing over 1,000 global clients and $30 million in recurring revenue.
His role will focus on strengthening post-sales functions to support EQS Group’s growth in compliance, sustainability, and investor relations.
The Munich-based company, which serves over 14,000 organizations worldwide, provides cloud-based tools for ESG reporting, data privacy, whistleblower protection, and regulatory compliance.
Erbele, a University of Colorado Boulder graduate, joins with a background in customer experience and strategic account management across North America, Europe, and Asia.
