Adidas posts record revenue, raises profit outlook despite North America slump.
Adidas reported record third-quarter revenue of 6.63 billion euros ($7.73 billion), up 3% globally, driven by strong performance in Europe and Asia, despite a 5% sales decline in North America due to the end of its Yeezy partnership and ongoing tariff pressures.
Excluding Yeezy, North American sales rose 8% in currency-neutral terms.
The company raised its annual profit outlook, projecting around 2 billion euros in operating profit and about 9% sales growth, citing supply chain adjustments and price increases, including raising the Samba’s U.S. price to $100.
Global operating profit jumped 23%, and net income rose to 485 million euros.
