A 20-year-old man accused of a Seattle homicide was mistakenly released from jail in California and remains at large.

Isaiah Jamon Andrews, a 20-year-old Kent, Washington, man accused of fatally shooting a 20-year-old man in Seattle on October 15, was mistakenly released from the Contra Costa County Jail in Martinez, California, on October 22. He was held on local charges, a juvenile warrant from Sacramento, and an out-of-state homicide warrant. Authorities discovered the error five days later and launched a search, which has since been taken over by the U.S. Marshals Service. Andrews remains at large, and law enforcement is urging the public to report any information about his whereabouts.
