Merck is recruiting adults with uncontrolled Crohn’s or ulcerative colitis for new trials of an experimental treatment.
Adults aged 16 to 80 with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis or Crohn’s disease who haven’t responded to prior treatments may qualify for two Merck-sponsored clinical trials testing an investigational medicine.
Participants must have active disease for at least three months and not have the other form of inflammatory bowel disease.
Trials are voluntary, prioritize privacy, and aim to include diverse populations to improve treatment understanding.
More details are available through Merck’s IBD Studies website.
