Elevate acquires Netherlands-based Legadex to expand its European AI-powered legal services.

Elevate, a global legal tech provider, has acquired Legadex, a Netherlands-based law firm founded in 2008, expanding its European presence and boosting capabilities in AI, generative AI, and managed legal services. The deal, Elevate’s fourth since May 2024, brings Legadex’s 300+ clients—spanning energy, pharmaceuticals, technology, and finance—into Elevate’s network. Founders Hans-Martijn Roos and Luc van Daele will join Elevate’s leadership, and the Amsterdam team will continue operating under the company’s global structure. The acquisition supports Elevate’s strategy to modernize legal service delivery through technology and innovation.
