The Saskatoon Hilltops defeated the Regina Thunder 30–27 in overtime to win the Prairie Football Conference championship at Mosaic Stadium on October 26, 2025. Regina led 19–8 at halftime, but Saskatoon rallied with strong performances from running back David Collins and receiver Isaiah Vallderruten. Brexton Elias threw a touchdown pass in overtime, and Ryden Gratton kicked three field goals, including the two-point conversion to tie the game before the win. Despite outgaining Regina 410–393 and controlling the clock, Regina’s 17 penalties hurt their chances. The Hilltops will advance to the Canadian Bowl to face the Okanagan Sun.
